VIRTUAL LAW FIRM EXPO

*Registration for this portion of the Conference is not automatic. During the online registration process, Outside Counsel must indicate if they would like to participate in this portion of the Conference. Each corporation is required to conduct an informational interview with at least four (4) law firms.

The Conference includes a virtual Law Firm Expo (“Expo”), which is included in the Outside Counsel registration fee and offers a unique scheduled interviewing opportunity.  Prior to the Conference, In-House Counsel pre-select Outside Counsel for scheduled informational interviews. The informational interviews will be conducted in 15-minute intervals via the virtual conference platform.

Each law firm participating in the Expo will be assigned a virtual booth in the conference platform that will be branded with the firm’s logo.  The virtual booth will also allow for the display/access of digital marketing materials, including an informational video.  While there is no guarantee that Outside Counsel will be granted a scheduled interview or retained for representation, the Expo is intended to provide Outside Counsel with opportunities to meet and network with In-House Counsel/Corporate Representatives and opportunities for potential informal/unscheduled interviews.

Specific details regarding the Expo will be provided to Outside Counsel participants upon registration.
