What advice would you offer to new attorneys interested in your field?

Employment law is a great area to practice. My advice to new attorneys is to always work hard, do your best, and learn as much as you can about the law! The practice of law is a marathon, not a race. To have an enduring practice, remember to enjoy your practice and have fun. Find the areas that exhibit your passion and ensure you have balance in your life.
