Carlos M. Brown is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Dominion Energy. Effective January 1, 2024, Brown is now President of Dominion Energy Services. Brown received his Bachelor’s and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia.

Chonda J. Nwamu is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Ameren Corporation. She has served in this capacity since 2019. She is the primary legal advisor to Ameren’s Board of Directors and senior management and leads the General Counsel Function. Nwamu received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rodney C. Pratt is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for LVMH North America and lead the LVMH Inc. legal team. Pratt has over 20 years of global legal experience. He received his undergraduate degree from William & Mary and received his J.D. from George Washington University.

Juliette W. Pryor is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. She joined Lowe’s in 2023. Pryor leads Lowe’s legal, compliance, government affairs, corporate sustainability, enterprise risk management, and privacy functions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Fisk University and J.D. from Georgetown University, in addition to a Master’s degree from the school of foreign service.
